Starlink uses L.E.O (low earth orbit) satellites operating in a constellation around earth sending internet and mobile broadband to over 45 countries. As of 2022 starlink currently has over 3000 satellites in orbit with more being launched regularly. With over a million customers and growing, fast and reliable internet with starlink is something to consider. With speeds of 150-200Mb download, 10-20Mb upload and latency of 20-40ms. Starlink puts most service providers to shame, especially in rural areas. We have installed starlink for customers in the middle of fields where they had barely 3Mb download speeds on a good day, after they powered up starlink though, they couldn’t believe how incredible it runs from the get go.
Starlink satellites operate at 342 miles above earth, with another 12,000 approved to be added to improve the service even more. The equipment is £460 and the subscription is £75 a month, but they are always trying to bring down the cost so it’s worth keeping an eye on. Starlink is ideal in rural areas where reliable, fast internet is impossible. It’s also perfect for small businesses that suffer with low speeds due to poor or inadequate infrastructure such as old telephone wires.
So, what do we do? We install your starlink dish on gable ends, garages, extensions, gyms. Basically where you plan to have your router we discuss the best placement positions and mounting options and we get to work. We only use heavy duty fittings and brackets because we don’t want your equipment coming off anymore than you do lol. We strive to find the neatest possible way to do your starlink installation. We aren’t the type of cowboys who tell you where it’s going whether you like it or not. We are more than happy to discuss every possible way we can see to neatly do the installation and ways to hide the cable etc, but we will also take on board where you would like things and proceed when you’re happy.

Please note if you are going to split this into a mesh system you need to order the internet adaptor at the same time.
